Trainee Warranty Administrator
Salary: £24980.80 per annum
Van Mossel Jacksons Isle of Man is currently looking for a talented individual to join us as a full-time Trainee Warranty Administrator. This is an admin role, therefore, no customer interaction is required currently. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate for the Trainee Warranty Administrator role:
- Has good IT skills and be able to use MS Office and other computer systems (Kerridge experience is bonus but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines
- All around generalist with positive approach to work
- Able to do costing and invoices would also be a bonus but not essential
The duties of the Trainee Warranty Administrator role will include but not limited to:
- To ensure that invoicing and costing is completed in a timely manner and within the Manufacturers and Jacksons guidelines
- To ensure that warranty & goodwill administration is completed in a timely manner and within the Manufacturers and Jacksons guidelines.
- Completion of ad-hoc tasks such as daily jobcard preparation, identification of recalls against prebooked work, filing, electronic scanning, vehicle preparation admin and more
